Established by Gerry Dilger in 1994, Dromoland Farm has been one of the most successful horse farms here in the Bluegrass, producing 2 Kentucky Derby winners, & numerous successful pinhooks over the years. The farm is ideally located within minutes of 2 premier veterinary facilities, with convenient access to Keeneland, the Kentucky Horse Park, & Fasig Tipton sale companies. The farm has predominantly Maury soil & is surrounded by other well-renowned equestrian properties including Don Alberto, Crestwood, War Horse, and Hill N Dale. 68 total stalls can be found in the three 20-stall barns & a fourth barn providing 8 additional stalls. At each barn is a covered lunge pen for exercise or restricted exercise, whichever is necessary. An equine swimming pool & 2 horse walkers are available for rehabilitation & yearling preparation if required. Other amenities include a four-bedroom manager's house, 2 employee houses, farm office, maintenance shed, hay barn and a 4205 sq ft main house.
